Orangutans are part of our Great Ape Family, Hominidae, which includes Humans, Orangutans, Gorillas and Chimpanzees. Current estimates suggest they will be extinct in the wild in the coming decade without urgent conservation action.

Dia De Los Muertos reunites the living and the dead when families create ofrendas to honour their family members who have passed. These offerings are to encourage the departed souls to join the festivities. It is a celebration of both life and death.
